Two frenched pork rib roasts are needed to make a crown roast. It is stuffed with our famous apple sage stuffing. Fourteen chop minimum and twenty two is the largest available.
Boneless Loin of Pork - $5.99lb.
Center cut loin of pork.
Stuffed Pork Loin - $6.99lb.
Butterflied pork loin stuffed with choice of apple sage stuffing or cranberry apple sage stuffing.
Fresh Ham - $2.39lb
Boneless - $3.49lb.
Grain fed Amrican pork sold 1/2 or whole. We will gladly debone it for you.
