 Buffalo Blue Chicken Salad
Grill our buffalo blue cheese chicken filet's in a pan for 3-4 minutes per side on a medium high heat in a little olive oil and butter. When finished, deglaze the pan with a little water (3-4oz.). Return chicken to the pan and shut the heat and pour juices all and around chicken. Make a salad out of your favorite greens w/tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and onions. Serve the chicken on your salad with some drippings and top it with salsa, sour cream and your favorite crumbles tortilla chips
